For more than 40 years, Denny Linker & Co. has been one of Sydney’s most respected land surveying firms.

Established in 1966, the company’s origins were in traditional cadastral (boundary) surveying, before founding partner Denny Linker became involved in the evolution of Strata Titling legislation in New South Wales in the early 1970s.

Today, our commitment to quality surveying services and innovative land titling solutions has seen us grow to 25 employees and a project list spanning NSW, eastern Australia and New Zealand.

We provide a range of specialist surveying services and have the expertise and experience to complete all steps of the development process including concept development, development application, statement of environmental effects, draft plans, lodgement, approval and production of final plans.

Our clients include both large-scale and smaller developers, legal counsel, architectural and engineering firms, local councils, government departments, homeowners and buyers.

Our field parties use the latest cutting edge technology from Trimble, Leica and Topcon, and surveys are produced using a combination of Civilcad and Autocad.

Plans and drawings can be printed up to A0 size or delivered by email in DWG, DXF or PDF format.
