Breakfast Point Breakfast Point is the largest inner harbour subdivision within Sydney. The 51 Hectare site was a Gas works site and has been under redevelopment since 1999. The site has been transformed into a residential precinct comprising 3 Community Developments and upon completion will contain just under 2,000 dwellings and 300,000 square metres of gross floor space. Denny Linker & Co.’s has an ongoing involvement in this project, which has so far included concept development, Stratum and Strata Titling advice, construction setout and monitoring surveys.
Jacksons Landing is a residential community located on Sydney Harbour, five minutes from the centre of Sydney. The overarching development is a community scheme comprising a wide range of residential styles from townhouse to high rise. Denny Linker & Co. is involved in numerous Strata and Stratum subdivisions within the estate including the 9,000 square metres Distillery Hill precinct which comprises three residential towers over a common basement car park, all of which is being constructed in stages.
King Street Wharf is a residential, retail and commercial precinct established on the western frontage of Darling Harbour in the heart of Sydney. The land is owned by the NSW Maritime Authority and the developers (Multiplex) have 99-year leases over the property. The project has been active since 1998 and is currently nearing completion of its final stage. Denny Linker & Co.’s involvement included the production of intricate and complicated Stratum and Strata survey plans, resulting from the Leasehold Title and mixed-use nature of the development.
Magenta Shores is an 80-hectare residential golf course estate located on the NSW Central Coast, with the golf course occupying just under half the total site area. Denny Linker & Co. was involved in the initial stages of the project include concept design and subdivision master planning. Other recent projects include:
