Denny Linker, Founding Partner

Founding partner Denny Linker established Denny Linker & Co. in 1966 and went on to pioneer innovative solutions in complex Stratum Subdivisions, Strata Schemes and Community Title Subdivisions.

He has extensive experience in all areas of land boundary definition and topographic surveys, and investigation and feasibility studies, specialising in difficult and innovative situations regarding Titles and Easements. Denny has been a guest speaker on ‘modern title concepts’ on many occasions and is an expert witness for matters in the Land and Environment Court and The Supreme Court of NSW. He is also an Accredited Strata Certifier.

Mark Andrew, Director

Mark Andrew joined Denny Linker & Co. in 1987 and has been a Director since 2000. He is an expert in complex Stratum and Strata projects and utilising these techniques has produced innovative titling solutions for developments such as ‘The Forum’ at St Leonards, Sydney, a commercial/residential development situated over and around the existing St Leonards Railway Station and ‘Mid City Centre’, a retail and commercial development in Sydney’s CBD. Mark is also an expert witness for matters in the Land and Environment Court.

Tasy Moraitis, Director

Tasy Moraitis joined Denny Linker & Co. in 1989 and has been a Director since 2000. He is an expert in Community Title and has been planning, developing and creating Community Title since the inception of the Community Titles Act. Under Tasy’s guidance, Denny Linker & Co. registered NSW’s first Community Title scheme, ‘Lakeside’, Chipping Norton. Since then, Tasy has overseen many community schemes ranging from large scale, award-winning residential developments such as ‘Breakfast Point’ to the commercial/industrial transport hub ‘Southern Distribution Business Park’, Goulburn designed to generate employment opportunities in the area.

Cameron Miles, Senior Registered Surveyor and Survey Manager

Cameron Miles joined Denny Linker & Co. in 2002 and holds more than 10 years experience in land boundary definition, subdivision design, large scale topographical surveys and Strata and Stratum (volumetric) surveys. Cameron’s recent projects include ‘Tabitha 6 & 7’, a Stratum development at Sydney Olympic Park, ‘Empire Marina’, a Leasehold Subdivision at Bobbin Head and ‘Flour Mill Studios’, a commercial Strata conversion/refurbishment at Newton.

Ivan Sterligov, Senior Registered Surveyor
Member Institute of Surveyors NSW

Ivan Sterligov has more than 20 years experience as a surveyor, 10 of these with Denny Linker & Co. and prior to that in Russia. He specialises in boundary definition, large scale topographical surveys and Strata and Stratum (volumetric) surveys. Ivan’s recent projects include ‘Pacific Square’, a large mixed-use Strata and Stratum development at Maroubra and ‘City Quarter’, a large Community development at Camperdown.
